The purpose of the Miller Elementary School Family Engagement Team is to provide support for the school, staff and students.
Recognizing that family and community engagement is a critical component of success for every student enrolled at Tucson Unified School District, the District has worked with schools in order to promote engagement through the use of Family Engagement Teams. The Family Engagement teams at each school meet and discuss opportunities to increase Family Engagement, learn about District policies and procedures, curricular and student support services and other resources within the school.
As well as Family Engagement, the district has Family Resource Centers available to all families in the district. Each Family Resource Center offers resources such as clothing banks, classes, bilingual services and more. For more information about the Family Resource Centers, please call 232-8684.
